5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to logistics or customs.

  • Fragile Handling: Due to the fragile nature of lighting products, we use specialized packaging.

  • Damage Claim: Customers must inspect the package upon receipt. If any components (such as glass shades) are damaged during transit, please contact us at jiapengguoji@outlook.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the shipping label for a free replacement.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the timeframe specified in our Return Policy.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all internal protective foam.

  • Non-returnable: For safety reasons, fixtures that have already been installed, wired, or modified are not eligible for return
