Refund policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped out, we can no longer cancel the order.
Returns (Quality Issues & Damage)
Due to the specialized and fragile nature of lighting fixtures, we do not offer "no-reason" returns for changes of mind. We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your lighting fixture arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass shades) or has significant quality defects, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Condition: The item must be uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging with all internal protective foam and materials intact.

Proof Required: We require clear photos or videos of the unboxing process and the specific damage to process your request.
Items Not Eligible for Return:

Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., "I don't like the style anymore").

Products that have already been installed, wired, or modified.

Minor color variations due to monitor settings or handmade finishes.

Damage caused by improper personal installation or use.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs

Our Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or quality defect), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.

Pre-approved Returns: For any other pre-approved cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and potential restocking fees.
